Bereavement Counselling Glasgow

Bereavement is a time to grieve and adapt to loss. When an important figure in your life dies you may experience a range of emotions, sometimes these can be painful and may affect how you normally function and perceive life. You may feel insecure and uncertain about yourself & life in general. Reaching out to family and friends for support at this time can be helpful.

There is no set way or  time to deal with or experience grief . However, if you are feeling a bit stuck or think you may dealing with your emotions as well as you would like too, or would just like to talk through your experience loss then I  hope that I can be of service.
